This policy explains what information Ferovel collects, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number and any details you share through our contact form, by phone or by email.
- Public business information: details publicly available about your business (for example on Google Maps or social media), used to build your demo website.
- Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your card or bank details. We keep a record of your plan and the PayPal subscription or payment reference.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To contact you about your demo, website and services you requested.
- To build, host and maintain your website.
- To send invoices, payment links and service updates.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed to provide our services: PayPal (payments), Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (our database, hosted in the EU), our email provider, and domain registrars. These providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries, under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Retention and your rights
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Our website uses no advertising or tracking cookies; PayPal may set its own cookies during checkout. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@ferovel.com.
