Question 1

Is the demo really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build a working demo of your new website at no cost and send you a private link to see it. Viewing it doesn't commit you to anything. If you don't love it, we simply take it down.

Question 2

What do you need from me to build the demo?

Accepted Answer

Almost nothing. We use the information already public about your business, like your Google Maps listing, customer photos, reviews and social media. A short call helps us understand your services and what makes you different.

Question 3

Why do you build the website before I pay?

Accepted Answer

Because it's the easiest way for you to decide. Instead of quotes and sketches, you see your actual website, with your photos and your services. If it's not right for you, you walk away and owe nothing.

Question 4

Can I ask for changes?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. After you've had time to look at your demo, we call you to collect any changes, like colors, text, photos or sections, and update it for you before you decide.

Question 5

How much does a website cost?

Accepted Answer

Every business is different, so we agree on a fair, fixed price with you on the phone before we build anything. You pay it once, only after you've seen and approved your website. No deposits, no hidden fees.

Question 6

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Accepted Answer

No. We never take deposits. You pay once, only after you have seen your website and approved it.

Question 7

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards through PayPal's secure checkout. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card. Care plans renew automatically and you can cancel anytime.

Question 8

Are the monthly plans required?

Accepted Answer

No. Monthly plans are optional but recommended. Without a plan, we charge $75 per hour (one-hour minimum) whenever you need changes or help.

Question 9

Can I cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime, in your PayPal account or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it simply doesn't renew after that.

Question 10

Who hosts my website?

Accepted Answer

We do. Your site runs on fast, secure, enterprise-grade hosting with SSL included in every plan. If you'd rather host it yourself, just let us know.

Question 11

Can I use my own domain name?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After payment we register a domain for your business (like yourbusiness.com) and pay for the first year, or we connect one you already own. While you're on a care plan, we renew it every year for you. Without a plan, we email you a renewal payment link about a month before it's due.

Question 12

Will my website show up on Google?

Accepted Answer

Every site is built with clean, fast, search-friendly code. Pro and Max plans include ongoing local SEO work to help you rank in your area.

Question 13

What if I need extra features later?

Accepted Answer

Online ordering, booking, payments, dashboards and more can be added through a custom plan. Plan members also get a discount on all extra work.
